Hilary Oliphant is a Project Officer in the Division of Population Health’s Prevention Research Centers Program. Previously she worked as a Project Officer in the Office on Smoking and Health, Program Services Branch. Prior to her work in OSH she served as a Public Health Analyst at the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry where her primary roles were strategic planning and program evaluation. Hilary has been with CDC since 2004. She previously worked in National Center for Injury Prevention Center, Division of Violence Prevention, Chronic Disease Center and the National Center for HIV/STD Tuberculosis, Prevention Research Branch where she developed qualitative data control measures for research projects. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Spelman College and a Masters of Public Health Degree from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.
